Vintage Original Les Leffingwell "Time Review Campus" Portrait On Canvas Signed. The frame around the portrait has some water marks on it. The frame could be removed and replaced.

Whatever caused the water marks on the frame did not affect the painting. The painting has 3 1/8 or smaller spots where the paint has chipped/come off or been scratched. One of these is visible in the pictures I posted. Les Leffingwell was a court illustrator in the 1970's, creating drawings on the spot during court proceedings that were shown in newspapers and on the news.

This painting is one of his early portraits from the 1970's. The painting is named "Time Review Campus". He did say it was his work. His signature is on the back on the wood the canvas is stretched over.
