VINTAGE 1940'S 29 SILVER MULTI TURQUOISE NAJA 16 SQUASH BLOSSOM NECKLACE 240g Navajo Artist: SLIM BROWN Signed Large in scope and spectacular in beauty, late 2nd phase (1940's) Navajo Squash Blossom necklace, exquisitely hand fashioned of heavy grade sterling silver with vibrant natural bright blue earth mined turquoise - every stone a beauty. Cascading down the length of the necklace, are sixteen x-large four-petaled squash blossoms (8 each side), extravagantly ornamented with exquisite hand cut turquoise, and dotted with tiny stamped silver conchos, with braided silver trim around the central stones. 3 naja features large teardrop cut turquoise cabs on shadow box base, with poured silver raindrops, and double silver braid trim. Necklace is signed on left side of naja back - SLIM BROWN. In excellent vintage condition, with some patina, necklace has been professionally restrung on sturdy silver foxtail with all authentic original parts and sturdy new sterling hook and eye closure. I describe everything to the best of my ability and point out any flaws.
