A bold and colorful palate is used to compliment the muted earth tones in this abstract nautical sailboat at sea interpretation, demonstrating the artists skillful understanding of how color and texture work together to enhance one another. The painting is signed and dated 1970 by the artist in verso. A large and impressive piece, the 36" x 24" painting is housed in a green lacquered and gold metallic composite frame with exterior dimensions of 44.5" x 32.5". The painting is in beautiful vintage condition with no loss to color or texture.

The frame is in overall good condition, showing one small chip to the upper left corner but otherwise presents itself well.
