Fitted with an O1 tool steel blade, the 1-1/4 (32mm) wide cutting edge is mounted bevel-down at a 50° angle, striking a fine balance between cutting efficiency and control. The handles are crafted from sapele hardwood, offering a comfortable grip and a refined look. They are first treated with boiled linseed oil to highlight the wood's natural grain, then sealed with shellac for a smooth and durable finish.
